the WORST experience EVER! no promises kept and not positive initialtion on the part of this company to help when possible!!! And they say they will reach out to your doctor when/if theres an issue, but when you follow up, you find they still havent [reached or even looked at the prescription]. I had to call them 3 times just to get them to expedite looking at my order. Bottom line they promised overnight delivery on Friday. but them told me it wouldn't make it till that following monday. It acutally did not even start shipping till MONDAY when they made the label, and didn get here till tuesday.

I expected to receive my prescriptions over two weeks ago. After tracking my shipment, I see that the package was delivered to an address in Washington state instead of to me, in Pennsylvania. When I initially found this service, after speaking with customer service to verify coverage and pricing, I felt like I struck gold! Now, I am totally disappointed because I have been out of 3 of my prescriptions for days now and still haven't received my order. I hope they arrive soon, before I run out of everything!

WOW! I had a prescription that I just transferred from CVS to DiRx and I saved $90! I forgot to apply a coupon code I had and there customer service team was incredible. They were quick, efficient, and i’m incredibly impressed. Definitely going to use DiRx for all my future medication orders!!!

The price for my medication from DiRx was LESS than just the co-pay I was paying previously! I did my research, and DiRx is a trusted, reliable, legitimate, online pharmacy. You have to be careful, because some are not, but DiRx IS!

I asked that you contact my doctor for a new prescription. I was not aware, nor was I told until I asked that you could take as much as 10 days to send the request. So, I contacted my doctor myself -- which I would have done in the first place had I known how long it takes! Thank God I decided to call and ask. Other than that, I like your prices and hope to identify other meds on which you can save me some $.

I did not receive my order. What address was it sent to and when should I have received it?
