Everything was simple & perfect - except that the order came w much, too much packaging. Simple to order nd conclude purchase.

Overall excellent customer service however your pharmacy does not carry 3 of the 4 medications that I need.

Fast and easy

After searching high and low for a medication my dog needed and going to multiple pharmacies who couldn't fill it, DiRx was amazing. I wish I had started with them. The medication was super reasonable in terms of price. When I had to call with questions I reached a real human who was very helpful. Best of all, the medication came quickly. I do wish they had a more straightforward process for signing up a pet - it was very confusing whether this was even possible and would have been helpful to have a pet option from the beginning.

Liked the fast service. Noticed the generics I received are not as strong as the name brand drug.

Very easy website to use. Easy prescription transfer and I had the medication in a week. Can't beat the price difference

I would have given you 5 stars but you couldn't read my doctors prescription supposedly and it took you over a week to get ahold of him to confirm. You could have called me and told me what was going on and I could have also followed up but I was in the dark on why it took so long.
