Great service, wonderful company
My experience was great because not only did they take care of all the prescriptions and contact my doctors but the order was sent out in a timely manner, & wrapped beautifully. Once it arrived I was impressed. The experience for a mail order service is impeccable.

It’s taken over a week for my…
It’s taken over a week for my prescription to arrive. Now I’m out of medication and may have to purchase a few doses to get me through the week. Which will be expensive.

Hi Kelly. When you originally placed your order you asked for our team to contact your provider to obtain your prescription. After finally reaching your prescriber--with your help--we were told to contact your previous pharmacy for a transfer. These actions take time and add up. I am sorry for any confusion with the process and the associated delays. Take care.

Amazing
Amazing! I’m blown away by the price and by the whole experience. My medicine at Walmart was going to be over $80 for a 1 month prescription and I couldn’t afford that. My meds with DiRx was around $10 for 90 day supply. I am so blessed to have DiRx fill my prescriptions.

I originally put on order for wrong MG amount and I was emailed and was given the opportunity to get the right amount. Order was received promptly and cheaper than anywhere else I could find.
