I had to call to get the order set up. The gal on the phone was friendly and professional. She stayed in line with me until everything was set up.

I've literally saved hundreds of dollars switching to this pharmacy. My copays with my insurance for some of my medications were pretty high but through DiRx it was literally a fraction of the price!

I was on the fence about the stars. It was two weeks and I still hadn't received my meds (ordered 11/15/22) or any notifications about them, so I called. It seems my Scripts were missing? I had the woman check again and she found two of them but not the third, that was sent the next day. The woman that helped me was amazing and super helpful (I don't have her name) she would have gotten five stars!! Three stars because I think I should have been contacted within several days about the scripts, what if I was really in need of the meds??

I had no issue making my order and I received it in a very timely manner. The process was super fast & efficient. All I had to do is input my information.

As I noted when I read other reviews of DiRx services, sometimes there is a disconnect between the pharmacy and DiRx. This can cause a delay in filling your prescription. Fortunately, once the lines of communication between DiRx and my pharmacy were established, all was well, and I received my medication. The assistance of DiRx phone consultants was very helpful. I wish I had jotted down their names so that their work could be noted.

Not sure if the medication is old or incorrectly filled, but it doesn't do anything. The medication I got from my local CVS was expensive, but effective. 2 stars because the rest of the experience was good.
