Everything shipped quickly and arrived well-packaged. I have been so stressed out due to the fact that my new meds would put just these purchases at $120 a month at my local pharmacy I was wondering how I would be able to afford these. Being able to use my Health Savings Account to purchase a year of service for a fraction of what I would be paying elsewhere also saved me losing money since the company I am working for recently sold and they were only rolling over $500 of our HSA funds so I could use that to get to that threshold, lower my prescription costs and not lose out on any more funds. I am very grateful.

My doctor was unable to "verify" a prescription because he was not able to get ahold of anyone. The hold times were so long that he asked me to find a different pharmacy to send the prescription to. Too bad because the prices seem very competitive.

Everyone I spoke to at DIRX was friendly and helpful. They made it easy to enroll and order prescriptions. At this time, I only have one prescription with DIRX but I intend to transfer all the prescriptions I can to DIRX.

24/7 phone assistance is good. However, the pharmacy is not open on weekends.
