First, I didn't know they existed until I had a major issue with my local pharmacy screwing up an order, then, leaving me with no recourse to go through my insurance for another month, putting me in January where I would have had to pay more. I went to Goodrx and DiRx was there and within a day or two had verified my prescription and a a few days after that my meds were delivered! And the price was better than with insurance. I had no hassles or waiting on a long call for a pharmacist to straighten out a mess. I'm transferring all of my scripts to them.

It took nearly a month to get my prescription transferred from CVS. I like your business, but it seems there needs to be better follow through from the people in charge of handling such things. Now that the RX is transferred, I don't foresee any future issues. The people working the phone lines for customer service were very good. Update: Prescription did come in. Worth mentioning again that customer service folks were great.
