After a huge delay in getting my order of over one month, I called customer service to let them know to ship the order to another address. They confirmed to me that they made the change on the order. Then I received a call asking if I wanted to partially ship the medication that was confirmed by my doctor because part of the order had not been confirmed. I asked them to please hold the order that I was going to call my doctor to expedite the prescription. DIRX shipped the confirmed order out to the incorrect address. Now, I do not have access to my medication. They should have followed the instructions from me, then I would have my medication.

I just transferred by RXs to DiRX due to an increase in cost by my local pharmacy. The service from DiRX was amazing....the only issue was with my local pharmacy. DiRX called my local pharmacy a few times, only to be put on perpetual hold. DiRX contacted me to let me know there were having difficulty getting my RXs transferred. I went in person to my local pharmacy, and they acknowledged they were backed up on transfers but kindly called DiRX while I waited. I had my RXs two days later via USPS from DiRX.
