Called a week after transfer of prescription requested. Nice lady said she would leave message for pharmacy team. Called after another week had passed with no word. The lady I spoke with looked at the history, said she would contact pharmacy for transfer to get prescription filled. She took care of it immediately. And was so helpful and nice. Took three weeks to get medication. This is after an earlier attempt to get a medication which totally failed.

Was quite pleased with the tremendously helpful representative, my dog’s prescription cost suddenly more than tripled. Despite country living and veterinary complications, the DiRx pharmacist took care of my situation. We saved more than twice what had been paying before at the big box pharmacy.*There was a one time $10.00 coupon code for first time users at the top of the DiRx site. Took advantage of it.
