I ordered a two month supply and you only shipped a one month supply. Also order was placed on a Friday and no one reached out to my doctors office until Wednesday of the next week. Other wise it wasn’t too bad of an experience.

Good morning. Unfortunately, we can only fill an order to match the prescription received from your provider. A note should have been added to your account and shared with you to advise of the edit. It doesn't look like that occurred. I will address this with our team today. Thank you for sticking with us. -Brian from DiRX

The phone service was outstanding, and I was fortunate enough to be informed of their annual plan, which covers every single one of my prescriptions allowing me to pay one annual rate and get all of my drugs through the year for free. It truly is amazing! My doctor was able to fax them my prescriptions, I wasn't charged for shipping, and all of my medications arrived very quickly.

When my insurance refused to pay for my needed prescription, I was recommended this business and it has been amazing and affordable. Delivery time didn't take too long either, everything was packaged perfectly and arrived safely.
