While we reach out to validate, it may take time for some prescribers or transferring pharmacies to respond with the required information. Once validated, prescriptions are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to show you how convenient and timely the process can be with the prescription on file. Many customers find that reaching out to their prescribers directly to request the prescription be sent to DiRx (NCPDP #5707801) generally yields a much faster response.
