The customer service personnel was fabulous no problems at all very helpful took more time , than she should have eas so patient it was amazing to have such great customer service

Outstanding Service & Price
Finding myself without insurance for the month and needing my blood pressure meds refilled, I spotted an ad for DiRx and decided to try it. Was the easiest refill ever. DiRx contacted my former pharmacy to transfer the Rx over, filled it and sent it out. When I sent an email asking about the status, I had a response in about 10 minutes! Unbelievable! So happy with this service, will probably transfer all my prescriptions over.

Great price, long wait
I received my Rx for a great price, it was correct and packaged well. However, it took 19 days from receipt of order for my delivery to arrive. I feel like a reasonable amount of time to wait is more like 5-7 days.
