The medication was at a great price compared to other pharmacies. The process of having the doctor send in prescription and reaching out to customer service/pharmacist to get it filled was smooth. They have next day shipping also available at a cost.

I placed an order on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. Easy, fast, and so much cheaper than going through my insurance. I did the $119 plan. So happy I found this company!

DiRx took toooooo long to get my Rx from the old Pharmacy. Secondly they lied saying they contacted my old Pharmacy. When I went to complain to my old Pharmacy they said no one had attempted contact. It wasn't until I called for the 3rd time did someone contact my old Pharmacy. In three words Horrible Customer Service. I would cancel the order but unfortunately I need the medication that took 3 weeks...3 weeks to complete!!! MARK you need to look into this

Hello. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy refused to fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!
