It was the first time I'd ordered from DiRx and I had to send an email inquiring about the delay in shipping... and a wonderful representative (it's been several days now, so I, unfortunately, cannot recall her name) called me the next morning to go over details and let me know what was up with my order. Everything was sorted and arrived efficiently with the provided free shipping (other options available). I also prefer the lids they use on their bottles... so much easier on my arthritis.

My first experience with staff I talked to was very helpful and nice. In addition to this when I did my first order online the options of 30,60,and 90 days supply was very helpful in telling my doctor what I would like because of the cost. Last my order arrived within five days which was awesome. Last I want to thank you for making it possible to be able to get the medication I need without breaking the bank or having to choose whether or not to get my medication at all.
