Hi Barb. The delay associated with your order is becoming more common as cash-pay pharmacies like DiRx evolve. Your previous pharmacy refused to fax your prescription to us and would only transfer the prescription to us verbally. This is happening more and more as large pharmacies try to reduce lost prescriptions. In a situation like this both our pharmacist and their pharmacist have to be available to speak to transfer the prescription. This can be a significant challenge as the pharmacist is typically the busiest person in the building! But, thank you for hearing me out and giving us another chance. Be well!

Hey there. the delay with your order was related to no refills remaining on some of the RX's that you wanted transferred from another pharmacy. We do send email notifications when this happens to keep you aware of the situation. Our apologies if you didn't see the messages. Be well.
