Hi Linda. Auto-refills can be deactivated by going to your account and removing the flag for your completed order. I went ahead and removed the flag on your behalf and you will no longer receive auto-refills for this medication. Be well.

Umm.. they never ever contact your pharmacy. Even when you call, they never actually do anything. Your order just sits there in limbo. You can call, theyll answer, but if you email, it never sends.. Just waiting on the refund now.

When an order is placed, a hold for the amount of the order is placed on your credit card. After 4-7 business days, the hold is released. Again, we apologize for the delay. Be well.

I had the doctors office send the prescription before even contact them DiRx and then I realized I should have contacted DiRx and they had all my information ready for me to go so they got the rest of what they need from me and within five days I had my new prescription ready for me to start taking very friendly customer service agent

It took over a month for my medication to be processed and sent to me. By the time I received the order (after requesting a refund) I had already stopped taking the medication. The customer support team was not helpful & said I would only be refunded for the expedited shipping I paid for. All in all I would not recommend this service to people ESPECIALLY if you need your medication in a timely manner.

Hi Danae. Our apologies for your experience. We had contacted your previous pharmacy on 3 occasions and did not receive it until just prior to shipping. By the time we heard from you, the order was already in transit. We did reimburse you for the overnight fee though we did still send it Next Day Air.
