I ordered my antidepressant med and it only got filled after I eventually called the pharmacy. I thought DiRx would have been more persistent with calling them. Then I was told it was filled…. And would receive it on April 28. It has not arrived yet, and today is April 30th. This medication is very important for me. Getting more depressed and suffering from withdrawal has been difficult….

It took 3 tries to get the prescription through. I sent the info so Dirx could transfer it. My doctor filled the info sent to him, and then Dirx reached out to the doctor and finally got the prescription. I've received the first month. The Dr's attempt was to make it 90 days. That didn't happen when Dirx reached out to him, so that got lost in the shuffle. I was able to get the mail date moved up due to an upcoming vacation. each time that I’ve called and talked to someone, they’ve always been kind and professional. My complaint is it took way too long to get the prescription through you guys.
