This is the 4th time I have had to call and complain about my order. It has been 6 days since I ordered my Renewal Prescription. Still in the Q and not even shipped yet. I have been out of my Prescription for days. And I ordered early as always. I was told today, after 6 days, that it wouldn’t be Shipped for 2 or 3 more days. Then 3 more days of a shipping time, which I paid $25.00 for shipping. It finally arrived over 3 Weeks after my Order!! Unacceptable!!! I don’t see them lasting very long in Business operating in this fashion. Ridiculous. Bad faith and bad Business.

They claim they are having processing delays, but it has now been 24 days. Pay attention to the reviews. Something is seriously off with this company. Sometimes orders are filled, but about half the time they delay them a month for no apparent reason, or claim the medication is on backorder when it is in stock at every other normal pharmacy. Be careful of their prepaid mail-order programs. They get your money upfront, then don't deliver.

Using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Prices are very good, but more often than not my medications become backordered and don't arrive on time. Will be switching to another business. Avoid!

Poor Customer Service with inability to solve problems I used a first time discount of $10 to place an order for a medication. Customer Service changed the order due to the prescription and charged me the full amount for the 90 day prescription without the discount. I spoke with Rakesh in Customer Service who could not solve the problem. I tried to escalate to the manager but was transferred to the person's voicemail. The problem was unresolved and I am extremely dissatified with the poor customer service.

Company promises meds in 7-10 business days and it's a lie. I ordered March 27th, 2024. It's been 11 business days with no estimated arrival dates for my meds. Customer service just repeat "when it's filled you will get an email that it's on its way". There are no supervisors. When you ask for one it goes to a voicemail and no one calls you back. The prices are great online but doesn't do you any good when you never receive them.

My insurance changed and my monthly meds went from $0-$35 for 3 months to over $90 for 90 pills, there was no way I could afford that. Without insurance at the pharmacy, meds were over $350. DiRx sells the exact same pills for $20, they show up in the mail without me having to think about them or go anywhere. So, so helpful and I'm so glad I found them.

For two years, I have ordered my medication through DiRX. Initially, I chose DiRX because they offered the lowest price for my prescription. Over the years, their excellent service has made me a happy customer. When calling, it's fast and easy to be connected to a helpful customer service PERSON. They have helped me make orders, change shipping information or investigate any billing. I highly recommend DiRX.

Horrible customer service, they say they deliver by UPS, I have medicine I need daily, I've been out for almost a week, UPS keeps saying every day it will be tomorrow, and it never comes, they just say it will be the next day, everyday. DIRX says they don't care, they got my money and UPS not delivering is not their problem and they do not care. AVOID this pharmacy.
