My sales rep Melody was wonderful. She knew her stuff! She made everything clear to understand and her personality was so up beat. I look forward to using this service because Melody rest assured there would be no hidden fees. 3/31/2017

I couldn't have been more pleased with the rep that helped me. Conner(sp?) fielded so many questions that I had for him as well as spent time explaining my options. I had been shopping for a TV provider for a few weeks and made many phone calls. His customer service skills alone are what made me choose DirectTV.

After agreeing to bundle internet and tv I received a call 12 hours later to tell me that the bundle package I had agreed to was no longer available and would receive two separate bills.

The phone call was very informative and went very well. However, I was promised a $100 gift card for my subscription and after all is said and done, while going through the accompanying e-mails, the offer was reduced to $25.00. What a crooked way to start a two year relationship.

Felt like I was talking to a trustworthy person. He made me feel like he had my best interest in mind when he talked to me about my service.
