I was extremely satisfied with the customer service & products offered to me today. I would recommend DirectTV to everyone.

I have not yet had the set up complete but my time on the phone getting everything set up was very smooth!

Took 5 times to get direct tv set in them they told me I couldn't use my card cause it wasn't a commercial bank good thing I checked cause it took 100 bucks off my card..hot me feeling skeptical now tried asking on if u signed up for direct tv u could get 150 dollar visa card nobody got back with me on that I'm totally new haven't had cable un over 10 years experience trying to set direct tv not good...

Whoever helped me was great. After actually looking at what we have and our future, Direct TV is not going to work for us. So sorry to say we have to cancel.

The agent that helped me was very informative, honesy, and to top it off, he was funny. I never felt pressured. In fact the more he talked the more excited I got about having the service. I will definitely refer Directv.

See above. Not able to get internet veried for installation and already paid for it. Called a couple times but will keep trying.

The customer service lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me spoke plainly and we even had a few laughs. Give her a raise LOL. She really deserves it. Thanks so much
