Spoke to Lindsay from Maine. Was a pleasant experience just not to have someone screech at you while your speaking to someone from customer service. I'm officially almost out of the Comcast hell; and im extremely pleased about that.

Not one critical comment. Volume on his headset was a little loud. He said he would correct this setting as soon as we finished. Very pleasant affable experience. Extremely professional.

great customer service on the phone, set up installation right away, installation team was on time and thorough. TV picture is clear and I love 1 remote! They are providing premium channels at no cost for a test as part of the package. I am so happy we made the switched from Charter! Wish I would have done it sooner.
