After1 hr and 27 mins on the phone and being circled around through 6 different people, I had decided to cancel because everybody's stories and reason's why were different and on different pages. Then comes ADAN. He politely asks if he can take a look into the sale so he can give it a try,. and sure enough makes it happen! Great job job dude! We really appreciate your courtesy,professionalism and knowledge. Thanks a bunch ADAN! And because of him, we are now Direct TV customer's.

Direct TV has great customer service. The third party internet provider frontier secure on the other hand is lacking in customer service skills, and seems to prefer putting people on hold until they they get irritated and end the call rather than solving any issues.

I was so pleased with the installation from beginning to end. The technology is so much better. This is what you call "MORE FOR LESS".

Salesman (Andy) was polite and patient with my asking him to repeat or confirm something I was unsure of. He answered my many questions about the bundling of my tv service and cell phones so that I could understand. Thanks to him.

Cheaper isn't better. We switched from AT&T U-Verse to DirectTV because it came out cheaper but every time it rains we lose our signal until the rain stops. Also they don't offer all the channels that U-verse offers.

They have treated me great so far. Being in a tough location they assured me there service would be good for my needs. If installation goes as planned I will give them 5 stars

I had DirecTV installed this afternoon and I was very impressed by the customer service that I received from technician Fabian Ocampo. Despite the nasty rainy weather today, the technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and did a great job explaining everything.
