I had a great experienced everything I wanted to know and more, was available to me. All my options were there, everything I asked for was given, pleasant tone and understanding of my needs. I shared some ideas early in the conversation that the guy on the phone was great at remembering in the conversation and keeping up a fast speed as I was on a time limit. Have me reminder and confirmations and dos just everything he could to help me in such a pleasant manner. I've never been so satisfied with such a tedious task haha. I have never been so pleasantly happy with the out come after talking to my current service provider. Or any other service agent I currently use. Great customer service!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better install experience! It was awesome! It went quickly & was done with perfection. It was very important to me to have such an extremely professional job done & have the work done by someone who was so such a hard worker & wanted to take the time to make sure that everything was done 100% correctly. I am very happy with my decision to switch over to DirecTV. The guys you send out to do these jobs are just as important-if not more important-than everyone else-they are the first ones we ever see & have an experience with & when they spend hours making sure that everything is absolutely done correctly & take the time to explain everything to us, it reflects wonderfully on everyone else in the company. It definitely made me very happy that I switched my service & decided to go with DirecTV. The tech that did my install spent hours rewiring our entire house & was up in our extremely hot attic for hours-that shows a kind of dedication that makes me feel appreciated for switching my service over & like DirecTV really cares about how amazing our set-up & service truly is. I am more than extremely happy. Great, great, great job!!!!!! Looking forward to many, many, many years with DirecTV!!! I have already recommended you guys to 11 different people!!! Thank you!!!!!

Talk with a sales person on a tv,internet,& phone package, was quoted 109.99 for two yrs. TV was $50.00 and phone and internet & 59.99.Then he switched me to Huges internet and he said the cheapest system he had was $79.95 and after three months it would go up to & 89.95 . Cancellation # 244139906 Yes I am going to call DISH !!!!!!

The representative was very helpful. Help me understand. One of the best experience I had.
