I had an awesome time with my rep. She made sure i understood what i was being offered as well as find me great deals being offered in my area. I also love not having a deposit. That was great! I heard the service is great so I'm super excited!

Byron was excellent, very thorough, patient, pleasant to speak with, answered all my questions. However, we were so in depth about all the details, we forgot to go over the new cust. $200 reward card. I then called back and spoke to Alexis, who stated she would send this over to the review team. Since it was on a recorded line that I was advised I in fact qualified for, they would be able to use that if necessary. I truly hope to hear back from someone at Direct TV, regarding this and keep my experience a positive one that I can share with friends!!

Direct TV representative was very helpful but did not have all information on partner company for Internet service provider, Frontier. When connected to Frontier, associate was rude, wanted to know what service I wanted after I had gone over all of that with Direct TV, then said that Direct TV misinformed me about service cost, added an additional $10 to monthly charge & was going to add $80 service fee that was not mentioned until he was going very quickly through the terms. When questioned cost, lost phone connection, suspect sales associate hung up. I called Direct TV back & cancelled entire order. Poor choice of partner for local Internet service.

Unacceptable cx service. No one knows what their doing.
