DirectvdealsReviews of directvdeals.com

This is the second time I have called and both times, the people I talked to were warm, friendly and handled my request efficiently. The whole experience was a good one for me and I commend your great customer service! Keep it up!

Directv needs to hire more people like Jessica. Jessica helped me to become Directv's newest member. She made feel me comfortable and confident that I was picking the right tv provider. She also helped me choose the right package. I am more than satisfied with her service. I cant wait to enjoy my Directv with my beautiful family. Thank you so much Jessica. I hope Directv knows and appreciates you. God bless you and yours. Thanks Directv.

I ordered service today and my first phone conversation left me a little confused. However, when I called back with questions I spoke with a gentleman named Deon and WOW!! Couldn't have been anymore helpful! You definitely have one great employee, so thanks.

Everyone there know what they are doing and sweet kind and caring

Very happy with the customer service call.

My Rep Steve was extremely helpful. I was a bit anxious looking at all the option online and trying to budget everything for my move into a new house. He explained everything and was patient with my decision process. I felt that I received the best package for my needs.

all the expierence is have with Directv is the ordering experience. the rep was easy to understand, and I felt like I saved a lot of money and got a good deal. I hope this will all work like she said it will. the only problem I had was she was a super fast talker, esp trying to sell you upgrades. then at the end of her pitch for a product she would say "just need you to say yes."

Directv helped me get over my awful experience with xfinity and even helped me save money. Having a bad experience with xfinity was obviously a blessing in disguise and the staff I spoke to helped me completely along the way in making this happen. So happy with my experience!
