When I called, I was pretty irritated after talking with Charter. However, after talking with Ebony and her awesome customer service, I felt more calm and in control of the situation. I'm glad you guys are able to come out so soon and that she helped set all that up. I do wish there weren't contracts with Direct TV.. but I suppose there are some things you just need to accept. Either way, I'm glad your customer service was so amazing. Thank you :)

The installer went well above and beyond his duties to give me service. I am watching NY Giants football in Vermont thanks to his diligence and perseverance.

My experience was great. Got a great rate and it was very easy. Everything was well explained and I felt like I was cared for as a customer.

Direct TV customer service agents were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A genuine pleasure. Their satellite internet partner was not at all like that. They were kind of standoffish. One of their agents spoke so fast, and faint, and with a strong accent that I could not understand half of what she was saying, and no she was not a foreigner. They couldn't even accommodate my installation request as it could not be further out than two weeks.

Angie, my representative, was very knowledgable about the products. She was very friendly and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I felt like I was talking to a friend. The best part is that I got a super TV package with NFL access for less than $65 a month that includes two brand new Sony DVR's, Pandora, free installation and a $200 gift card! Unbelievable deal.
