I want to tell you how fast and easy it is get Direct Tv. They are so pleasant and frendly. They take their time to make you understand everything . It's not like Cox were you are talking to a computer . You get a real person.

I had already made the decision to go with Direct TV when I went to the website. My shopping experience started as an online chat with a woman named Sarah. After reviewing what I was looking for via the chat, Sarah asked for permission to call so we could iron out the details. She called right away. I had questions about several different aspects of the service and installation. She answered them all without hesitation. She really knew about the product. Sarah asked many questions to ensure that I would get the service that best fit my and my family's needs. She was not pushy and did not try to sell me more than I wanted. I am totaly satisfied with this initial phase of my relationship with Direct TV.
