I am 23 and moving in to my first house. I was calling around to get different price and options for tv and internet. This was my first time purchasing anything in regards to a TV package so I had a bunch of questions! The gentelman I spoke to last night knew his product and was well informed. I was not only able to get all my questions answered but I knew he would give me the best package for what I needed. He went above and beyond and didnt just try to sell me but took care of me as if I was a Freind! I work in sales and always say the hardest person to sell is a sales person! He did an AMAZING JOB!!!!!

I decided to go with Direct since the former tenant had it and I knew the satellite was there. I went on line to look at packages, found what I wanted and called. Went through the whole process with knowledgeable people, was offered other options but not "pushed" into anything I didn't want. Set up an installation date.......and I'm good to go!!! Great experience.

We seem to have a good strong signal and the installer was very nice, friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased with the advice and further information that Shannon provided. He explained everything in understandable terms and answered all my questions completely and with good humor. Having been a phone consultant, I am aware of how important the ease and familarity with the subject helps for a successful call.
