It's so nice to once again have good TV reception and a great selection of channels. Rep who installed was very informed and easy to deal with.

I wish I could remember the person's name, but she was incredibly helpful and had a warm, energetic attitude. She certainly is an asset to your company. By contrast, my experience with Direct TV as opposed to Time Warner is night and day. I am glad I made the switch!

The guy I talked to name was Eric..he was amazing talked to me like I was right infront of him..not threw a phone..he was just not trying to sell me something he was talking to me..thank you Eric for helping me..

The customer service agent was very helpful in helping me understand the services that will be provided. The rates are reasonable and i would recommend direct tv to friends and family.

My rep. Received my call on a warm transfer from the wonderful direct tv supervisor....he was working from the information he was provided , which I totally understand. When I told him the rate he gave me once it was all done with after bundling wasn't going to fit my budget. He not only provided another company with a better package that met my needs, but was also able to leave me paying nothing upfront ,. Which means a lot since this is my birthday weekend ,lol. Thanks ;)

Direct TV is hands down better than cable plus you get twice as many channels and more of them in true HD so don't be fooled by the other guys get direct TV.

I can't remember the woman's name who helped me yesterday but she was great! She explained things to me and helped me figure out the perfect package for me! I couldn't believe what kind of deals I got! I got 2 free genie boxes , 3 months free hbo n starz n free intallation! Way better then Comcast!
