I enjoyed being able to do the chat and then talking to the rep....I LOVED that when he transferred me for the Internet bundle I didn't have to keep repeating my number/name etc...now I just hope the install is as easy as the sign on....we shall see!! tks

Install went well and the technician showed how to use everything. I am happy with the channel line up and the price. The new genie is great you can record more than just two shows compared to Comcast and with the mini genie you can watch and record in another room. I am very satisfied, thank you direct TV!!!

After a whole day speaking to different utility companies to set up services for our new home, it was refreshing to speak to someone who was very helpful and nice. Thank you.

We dealt with a very knowledgeable, friendly customer care representative, who made sure we were taken care of and happy with all decisions made! It's amazing to find people like him still do exist since other companies reps make you want to reach through the phone and smack them. I would recommend the company as well as the rep, thank you direct TV for hiring people who care:)

First off I want to say why I give 4 stars. I spoke to about 3 different reps. The first rep was not good. She did not seem knowledgeable at all nor did her attitude reflect that of trying to do what is best for the customer. The 2nd rep I talked to is the one I placed my new account with. He seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and answered any/all of my questions; except for when I asked about the 'refer a friend' promotion, he said it was no longer valid. I called back later that night to talk to the 3rd rep about the 'refer a friend' promo and she said that, indeed, it was still active. So the 3rd rep updated my account with the required promo information. So all in all, I was pleased, however, it took 3 reps to do this...

I just want to say that I regret not coming to you guys sooner, the customer service was amazing. The guy that I spoke to was professional, knowledgable, and gave me 100% service. I can honesty say that was the best customer service I ever experienced. Thank you guys for being awesome, keep up the great work I shall be a customer for a very long time. God Bless
