I recently met with an audiologist at a highly respected university hospital clinic and was prescribed Phonak Audio L70-R aids. I was offered a contract for the devices, the evaluation, and 1 year of service for a price of $5,100. I would have to wait approx. 1 month for the aids to arrive and be fitted in person. The standard trial period, warranty and coverage were included. there would be additional charges for domes, wax traps, etc. Taken aback by the price, I went online to explore options and found Direct Hearing. I was offered an upgraded Phonak L90 model with online fitting, adjustments, and support for $2479. I reviewed the hundreds of user comments and decided to go with Direct Hearing. I received the devices by mail in 4 days and had my fitting and adjustment appointment via Zoom 3 days later. I am delighted with the aids and with the service I have received and still have 7 weeks of the trial period remaining so I can evaluate my choice in a variety of environments and situations. Half-price, better quality, and friendly, fast, knowledgable service from Direct Hearing made this a great choice with absolutely no downside.

The few times I have texted Direct Hearing, I have had an almost instant response. From buying my hearing aids, to a session with the person fitting them, to any question I had. They honored a reduction in price after I made my purchase. All good. Nothing bad. I have been recommending Direct Hearing.

I was able to get top of the line Phonak hearing aids for an incredibly low price. My interactions with the sales staff and support staff were excellent. The support staff was able to link to my hearing aids on the phone using the Phonak app allowing them to administer a high quality hearing test and program my new hearing aids according to the test.

All went well.

Price was significantly better than quoted by audiologist and customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Was worried that it was too good to be true, but aids arrived today and so far so good.

Customer service has been good. Not always super easy to get in touch with the first try but they tend to be helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to ship.
