Fantastic service. Although I do recommend getting a fitting at a local provider. I opted out of the remote service because I wanted a Real Ear Measurement.

The response time and courtesy of the customer service person was five=star. Whomever packed and shipped the item I had requested gets 0-stars. The invoice that came with the product was correct but the receiver listed on the invoice was not, repeat not, the receiver in the box; ergo, I needed to reorder ... all I can say is "ATTENTION TO DETAIL WILL EARN YOU 5-STARS ANYTHING LESS IS HUMBUG!!!

I returned the hearing aids on June 24th, on July 10th I received this evaluation. I received the hearing aids on 7/23. Had I not kept my last hearing aids, I would have been nearly deaf for a full month. Some of your clients would not be so fortunate. My experience through my audiologist had been a 1 week turn around. My original contact, Luke, was very courteous and helpful. This is not a reflection on him.

I received excellent service from the representative who immediately determined what I needed and shipped the item (hearing aid tips) and filters out to me.
