No one tells (had to reschedule my haearing test again ) Me that I needed a non Mac computer after also I think my allures were 2 weeks late being shipped and the black the box received was in disregard and have something is a 3 x2 box with 2 only wires someone told me a Link noa?? Making me go and may another few hundred and wait for appt and drive 30 miles to make program adjustment on new hearing aids after I spent $500 for the hearing tests I sent you and then $4k for the aids is total BS! You should be able to just adjust the footsteps and metal and crinkle paper sounds I hear without all that. Also, I paid up because I am a musician. There are not clear at all!! Before purchase service was amazing. They day they arrived not one person will spend 10 seconds on phone. All I get is form msg: go see a audiologist. THis is not what was promised and I will make sure my 10,000 followers know it!
