Salesman was very helpful before I bought the hearing aide. After that, the company, DirectHearing.com sent no updates, no reason for delays, no hearing aid, no nothing! I paid a lot for nothing, so I am asking for a refund. I do not recommend!

I had a positive experience with Direct Hearing: Price was as listed on the web, I was able to speak to a person on two separate occasions when I needed help, and in both cases they went the extra mile to make things work well. Nicely done!

Fast and knowledgable service. Great pricing. This was my second pair of aids. I had the first pair for 5 years and they serviced them well by phone
