Will has been great so far. I have a very unique hearing loss and this is as good or actually better than driving into an office. The follow up sessions are critical for me and the reminders are helpful and the sessions have all started on time.

I purchased my Phonak Audeo Sphere I90 hearing aids approximately 3 months ago and have been extremely satisfied. I have a handful of calls regarding questions and a few scheduled calls with the Tech for adjustments and reprogramming. The Direct Hearing representatives, Bobbi, the Patient Care Coordinator and Taylor, the Tech have been very professional and extremely helpful, making my decision to purchase from DH a very positive one!

Happy with product. Paid for next day shipping. Direct hearing didn’t even have in stock. Once located it was sent 3 day ground. Requested refund of overnight shipping cost( approximately $65). Personal I was referred to on the request forwarded it to others. ( no response since). Not a thrilled customer.
