Overall, my experience is good. However, I think they should test the headphones before shipping them, especially when the buyer is far away, in another country.

Horrible communication with client. No communication follow up and supplies promised when aids purchased not supplied. Supplies sent were different than promised and no explanation about what was sent.

Hi David checking the text logs here and you sent a message on Friday December 6th at 7:12pm after hours. We responded on the following Monday December the 9th and did not receive a response back from you until Feb 21st. Which we did fulfill your supply order shortly after that.

There was a fulfillment error in the order, and they sent a different brand of wax filter from the one I ordered. When I called they immediately put in a replacement order at no charge. The item wasn't in stock, but they sent it as soon as it was back in stock without my having to do anything.

I was very disappointed with my last exchange. I ordered what I thought was a 2 year supply of wax guards but I got only a little over a 12 weeks worth and had to pay $15 for shipping. So much for "free wax guards for life". Outrageous! Had I know you were going to be so chintzy, I would have purchased elsewhere.

The supply of wax guards is based on normal usage, with the filters generally lasting around 12 months. We also make no profit on the shipping costs, and our goal is always to save our patients thousands of dollars on hearing aids.
