Great service
In today's day and age, I guess we just come to expect products are shipped immediately once purchased. It took a couple weeks to get my hearing aid, which surprised me and I wasn't aware of the timeline in advance of my purchase. On the positive side, your representatives (sales process & new user set up call) have been outstanding. Both responsive and informative.

MUST have Windows Computer for Signia
There is nothing on the company’s website that states a Windows computer must be used to adjust the Signia hearing aids. This was discovered only after a lengthy process to speak with a ‘tech’ who gave me the information after I received the hearing aids. The entire process of dealing with Direct Hearing was very time consuming and unnecessary. I must now return the product and await credit.
