Prompt delivery of Phonak BUT...
Prompt delivery of Phonak aids. After trying and deciding not to keep them, it cost over $200 to send them back. Also a "stray" aid was subsequently sent, unauthorized, and caused me many phone calls and time to return. Still no explanation from company.

To clarify, we do not charge a $200 return fee. Customers may choose to ship returns on their own, or we can provide a prepaid return label for $15. It appears the higher cost came from using your own shipping method. Regarding the additional package you received, that was a mistake on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
