We got a good price on new hearing aides. However, one stopped working after 6 months. The repair procedure was slow and painful. The return ticket took 6 days to be emailed to us. Once repaired, we paid an extra $65 for fast mailing, and it slipped through the cracks and took 2 days longer. To their credit, we received new instead of repaired. Communication is poor.
