I was very nervous about buying hearing aids on line but it all went well. They answered all my questions. I was able to buy better hearing aids and still saved a considerable amount of money. The follow up to adjust my hearing aids went great.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s completely understandable to feel skeptical about buying hearing aids online, so we’re especially glad to hear everything went smoothly for you. We’re happy we could answer your questions, help you get a better level of technology, and still save you money. We’re also glad your follow-up adjustment went well — ongoing support is just as important as the initial purchase. We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words!

I only had 5 days to spend money from a healthcare spending account. I was able to order and pay for my hearing aids in time to use or lose this money. Great customer service and an outstanding product.

I purchased a Widex accessory on the phone. The email I received showed the wrong item so I called immediately. Second email showed the correct item but they shipped me something else entirely (not even the first wrong item). Called again and they emailed me a return label for the item I needed to send back and gave me a discount for the accessory I needed. They even expedited the shipping. This time I received the correct thing. My guess (emphasis on guess) is that they know a lot about hearing aids but not so much about accessories, at least the Widex ones. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and understanding.

Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. You’re absolutely right — it shouldn’t have taken multiple corrections to get the right accessory to you. We’re sorry for the confusion and the shipping errors along the way. That said, we truly appreciate your patience and your recognition of our team’s effort to make it right with a return label, discount, and expedited shipping. We’re glad the correct item ultimately reached you. Your feedback is helpful, especially regarding accessories, and we’ll use it to tighten up our processes. Thank you again for sticking with us and for acknowledging the care our team showed throughout.

Don’t work. Will not charge
Response from Direct HearingMar 3, 2026
We’re really sorry to hear this — that’s definitely frustrating. If your hearing aids aren’t charging, we want to get that resolved right away. Please reach out to us so we can quickly troubleshoot with you. In many cases it may be the charger connection, the cable, or simple contact cleaning — but if something isn’t working properly, we’ll take care of it. We’re here to help and will make this right.
