Thank you for your review and for recognizing the quick repair turnaround — we truly appreciate that. Regarding the new retention wires, they can sometimes feel a bit firm at first. In many cases, they do soften slightly with normal wear. That said, they should sit comfortably in your ear. If they’re not fitting properly or causing discomfort, please reach out to us — we’re happy to review the fit and make adjustments if needed. Your comfort is important to us, and we’re here to help.
