When I visited the Direct Hearing website, I saw a selection I could find elsewhere. Nearly every main brand with numerous models and the best prices I had seen anywhere. I sent an email expressing my interest and received a call back by a sales technician within hours. Trey not only knew prices, he knew the products inside and out. The 60 day trail was a breeze and I took advantage until I found the devices best for me and there was no hesitation from the company in doing this. I have been using my Widex 440s for nearly 5 months and the service, set up, and punctuality has been stellar. All this from the comfort of my home/office. If you want to find the best device for the least cost and be cared for the entire time, Direct Hearing is your connection. I will be back in the future for sure.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. Everything arrived very quickly. I was expecting a kit with everything included the same I had received the last time I purchased from a business such as Direct hearing. It was all there, but no cleaning supplies, no instruction booklet. The hearing aids work fine and so does the charger. I also got great support, more when I texted than when I emailed. I was contacted immediately about an appointment to fine tune the aids. So far no issues. Everyone is very responsive and they know their stuff!!!

This was so easy and inexpensive compared to other places. I sent in my hearing test and they sent me my hearing aid programmed and ready to go. They even do follow up calls to adjust your hearing aid if needed.

After having a hearing test I priced hearing aids from my audiologist. I then checked online and found Direct Hearing. I was advised by my audiologist against purchasing online. I researched the company thoroughly and spoke to Trey. He put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. I placed the order, received them in less than a week. I had the aids adjusted remotely. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Direct Hearing in addition to saving $2,000! Trey and Ryan were awesome! Why overpay for the same brands?

Great service. Great pricing

I received the AIDS and got them set up but they were really really loud. Today I got a call and they helped it quite a bit but there are still some problems. Another guy called and said he could fix it. They are okay at sometimes and other times like while I am doing this there is a loud hissing or wind noise. The up and down buttons are hard to find especially when I am sweaty, and the double tap to answer and hang up seems to be a little harsh on my ear to get it to work. I asked them about sweat, and I just sent pictures after I came in from working, but I had already wiped my face down. My hair was still soaked running down on the AIDS. Hope they will take it.i am looking forward to the call to set them right.

I am so excited about my hearing aids. They are perfect! I can hear everything, so lightweight I forget I’m wearing them. Can’t see them either. Love them!
