Their pricing was great but as I interacted with them and ultimately ought from them I discovered their customer service was even better. They were patient with my questions even though I’m sure they thought some of them were pretty dumb. The kept to their promises.

Customer service is exceptional. Over the phone hearing aids programming was a breeze. My audiology tech was patient and reassuring.

My Phonak aids were originally purchased through a family related Audiology Clinic four years ago. Coincidentally one month after my sister-in-law retired from the business I unknowingly knocked one of the aids off a dresser & a short time later my new four month old pup discovered the ‘new toy’ & chewed it up! I went online & found Direct Hearing had a match for me. Expecting a next day return contact I responded to a chat. Although I thought it to be past normal business hours I was immediately contacted back. From that initial contact on to placing my order the next day. I was treated as though I was a longtime customer. I am completely impressed with their professionalism & honesty. Thank you Direct Hearing.

Had the pleasure of a remote fitting with Ryan of Direct Hearing today. He was great! He linked into my hearing aid (Widex Moment), ran diagnostics, corrected a problem I was having with the ear piece, and improved the device performance. I'm impressed with the Customer Service I've received, both from Ryan and from Trey, who handled the sale. A review of the aid will come later once I've had ample time to evaluate its performance.

The prices were extraordinary and Direct Hearing worked with me every step of the way, including getting overnight shipping so I could hear well for the holidays. Will was extremely professional and capable and made the fitting a delightful experience, despite the fact that I intensely dislike hearing tests of any type.

Great company as far as I'm concerned! Ordered my Phonak Audeo Lumity L90 I ordered on Friday and received them the following week already programmed to my audiogram. Easy to connect to Android phone (*my research showed me that if your phone is an Android phone and you want to be able to use all of the hearing aids features then Phonak is the ONLY way to go until the next ver. of Bluetooth get incorporated*) and started enjoying hands free phone calls and streaming podcasts and music. I was checked on the next day by the crew at Direct Hearing, to make sure I was able to set everything up and to make an appointment for a hearing test and hearing aid fine tuning using the Phonak's App video call. My only issue at that time was that the RIC wires were a bit long and and I was told that the proper size was being shipped out immediately! They were! My experience has been absolutely awesome! Very happy with the service and with the hearing aids!
