I can’t tell you how informative, helpful, insightful Trey was. A true pleasure every step of the way. I forgot to mention responsive. My first time purchasing hearing aids so I had a few questions which were comprehensively responded to. The cost saving over using the ENT office was fabulous and they come from the manufacturer which is where the ENT office would have ordered them from, Warranty is the same.

Service was top notch. Sales-Service-First Fit. Everything went as planned. You do have to read the instructions carefully that are included when your hearing aids arrive (save all papers that are in your kit) but it's well worth the effort. Go slow, questions will arise along the way. They are happy to answer your questions via phone.

Direct Hearing is a great company to work with. They have the best pricing and wonderful service. I ordered Widex Moment 440 hearing aids on July 27th and received them on August 1. I paid an additional $ 65 for next-day delivery once they programmed them. Ryan was a great help in the entire process from answering any and all concerns. I have a follow-up phone conversation next week to fine-tune them.
