After purchasing a part for my elderly father's home heating unit, we were shocked to see that a part that is a bit fragile was put into a soft baggie to be shipped. It was not in a well protected box. We had a terrible snow storm and this part was shoved in my mailbox along with the other mail. Had it been sealed in a box and properly insulated/packaged it wouldn't have been showed around. Very disappointed in the packaging. I guess we will see if it works once installed.

Dear Sir, we post hundreds of igniters a day and use this method to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. We are sorry that you were not happy with the packaging. We can assure you that the igniter is more robust than it appears. Unfortunately, we cannot dictate how the package is delivered to you. Junk....both of the purchased igniters failed after the first light. Would not purchased these again. As per the sellers description, these igniters were installed in a Napolean NPS45 pullet stove.

Great follow-up customer service! Unfortunately the unit we purchased didn't work with our electronics, and the rep was very quick in replying to our concerns, trying to help, and ultimately taking care of the return in a courteous and prompt way. Our electronic device was old so maybe that was the problem, and I appreciate her taking care of us.
