I received an email that this item…
I received an email that this item shipped on October 13 and it is now October 22 and I did not receive it yet and the shipping information says that they have not received it from you at FedEx so I am very dissatisfied with the communication

Seamless Customer Service--I'm Impressed
Our Owl worked perfectly once, then something went wrong. When I contacted OWL, I was sent one thing to try. When that didn't work, they immediately sent a replacement. It was seamless and easy. Thank you! Rev. Annette Dimond

You almost closed the ticket until i replied. Then shipped to wrong address even though i provided you with it. Very disappointing and it is preventing our client from continuing to operate at the quality level they are. Owl Labs realized it and shipped the extended mic to the correct address with a free carrying case. Great way to recover!!
