Taking a week to ship was kind of annoying compared to other places where it usually takes a day or two on business days. Hard to locate shipment tracking on the website ex. clicking on shipment tracking and then clicking on either fragrance or the other option this is redundant.

The products were acceptable but the shipping experience was not. The order was a gift to be sent to a different name and address than my own. Dior sent the package under my friend's name to her state, but my own street address (in a different state). Emails from Dior are sent to my email address but with her first name. When I sent two inquiries through the Dior website, the replies were unapologetic and accusatory. Definitely will not order online from Dior again - in store purchases only going forward!
