I accidentally added the perfume to my cart twice instead of once. Can I quickly cancel or modify the order? No, which is understandable. After receiving the 2 perfumes, can I initiate a return online? Yes BUT here's the catch: you can return ALL of the item, or NONE. They don't give an option online to return just ONE if you ordered 2 or more. Can I contact customer support to get a workaround to this glitch? Yes but they take THREE WEEKS to respond, by which point your return window is almost over! And when they do, they give you a printable return form with NO paid return shipping! I expect more from a brand of this reputation. You're better off finding a department store that actually provides customer service and order support

This review is not about Dior products, but about their US web site. No matter how many credit cards I used, or how many times I edited my billing address, I was unable to place an order. Always was getting the same message:"We’re sorry your order could not be placed. Please verify that the name, billing address and card number you entered matches your credit card information." Every time I tried to place an order, the billing address was automatically reversing to the shipping address. Tried to contact their support via chat twice, got zero response.

Sent two blouses back in pristine condition only to have DIOR blatantly LIE and say both blouses were worn and had deodorant stains and would NOT refund me! Took me months, Many, many calls, and many calls to Amex to finally get credited. Shocked that this company would behave with sleazy practices.

For such overpriced products, I am ashamed that my big ripped within 3 weeks of purchase and I didn't even wear or use it....

I have reached platinum level in the loyalty program for over 6 months i have been waiting for all of these luxury gifts. I have not gotten any for reaching platinum or on my birthday. I reached out twice via email and one instant message and I still have not received the gifts I earned spending over $1000 in beauty products. feel scammed

Been A Loyalty Program with Dior , everything good until I reach Platinum level , I have call , Email for lots of time but never send out my Birthday gift that they are should give out to customer on their birthday. I feel like I bother them. So no more Dior for me when you treat your customer like a joke

I love the package, but I did not receive the travel size perfume that was ofer with the purchase.
