Forgotten promo gifts Nothing substituted. Wait forever on hold with customer service to be told you will not be receiving anything. Poor customer service.

It took a week to ship my order out.

I purchased a gift so I don’t have a comment on the product. When then box came, it was open. The glue did not stick the outer box. Everything looked okay however it made me uncomfortable. Perhaps you need to look at the packaging you are using.

I would have given it 5 stars if not for the second package I received today that was already opened and closed with packaging tape instead of the security seal that needs to be pulled. The presentation box had dark fingerprints on the side which means someone opened it. It was disappointing because I am used to the great packaging by Dior. This was meant as a gift for my friend.

Shipping details not very clear.

I read in a review that the “Dior Lip Tattoo” was the best lip stain and lasted the longest (18-20 hours). I would love to know that magazine writers trick, as mine lasted under 2 hours. Don’t get me wrong, the colours are wonderful. I don’t work in an office where I can check a mirror every 30 minutes to make sure my lips are still perfect. If the stain would last longer, I’d buy this again. I still love my other Dior products. J’adore has become my scent of choice. I’ve worn it and nothing else for at least 20 years. Please...don’t even get me started o the shoes or coats!

Products I ordered are five star. Both of the free gifts where broken and unusable.
