Your packaging is superb, very impressive. I sure wish Dior would bring back their skincare line of "Magique", they were the best facial cleansers on the market. The replacements you currently have can't touch it.

When I went to your web site to contact Customer Service, I noticed that you have no contact number at all even though your web site says that you have someone to help during the times I was looking for a live person. So I sent an email request, and have not heard anything at all about returning the gloss that actually only lasted on my lips about 5 minutes! I still would like to return this item. No update at all after placing the order (even a simple confirm via email after order was placed), so there is no way to know what the status of order is until I have to contact customer service to ask for it. 3 stars for a quick response from customer service though.

Good item, good service

Just absolutely love the Dior make up line especially the foundation and mascara. I only wear Dior perfume!! Just Love it!
