Dior USReviews of dior-us.com

I ordered several items - including one from the Joy line of fragrances and several of their colored mascaras. The products are wonderful and the delivery was fast. But an even bigger surprise were all of the gifts that were added, including a Dior bracelet, Dior change purse and sample fragrances. And all were beautifully packaged and wrapped. Just outstanding. I highly recommend the Dior site for purchasing Dior products and gifts.

delivered to my house in beautiful packaging :)

They cancelled the order without any notice

My order was lost by ups and they refused to do anything! Would not even re ship item at no cost. I’ll shop with Chanel and Burberry only now.

Can the French make a bad gift? No, always and only great!

Great product and timely delivery. Packaging is lovely.

Shipping was very slow.

Charged my card 3 times for the same item. After i contacted a salesperson by the name of Ashley she said she would make sure the 2 extra orders would be cancelled. When i called back the next business day Ashley told me it was too late to cancel the orders even though they had not been processed at that point & no money was even taken out of my account. I will definitely not been ordering from your company ever again, as i am currently waiting for my card to be refunded nearly $500 after unnecessarily having to return 2 items that should have never been sent to me in the 1st place.
